Beginner-friendly ongoing weekly classes
To attend ongoing weekly classes simply click on the green Sign-up option under the class title on our class schedule. Plan on arriving ten to fifteen minutes before the start of class to get comfortable. Bring a yoga mat if you have one though mats, towels and props are provided if needed. Feel free to let the instructor know that you are new to yoga when you check-in for class – it’s helpful to you and them! Class credits are not deducted until you check-in at class.
