We offer ongoing weekly meditation classes on:
Tuesdays, Yoga & Meditation 7:00pm – 8:15pm with Carly Carney
Fridays, Meditation 10:30am – 11:30am with Lisa Espinosa
Please ‘SIGN UP’ on our class schedule calendar to let the instructor know that you plan on attending. Simply arrive ten to fifteen before the class start time to get comfortable.
