Ongoing Weekly Meditation Classes
Life is filled with joys, precious moments as well as many challenges. That is being human. It feels good when life is going our way. It is also human nature to experience feelings and sensations of uncertainty, fear, loss, grief, anxiety, etc.
Just like when you feel the impact of joy, love or kindness on the mind and body, the same is true when you experience overwhelm, busyness, restlessness, stress, etc. The crossroad for many of us is that we don’t know how to relate to the discomfort of our inner experience when it doesn’t feel good.
Meditation is the practice of coming into stillness and meeting what arises that gets in the way of living with ease. It is the process of getting to know and becoming friends with being human.
In the course of meeting our present moment experience our thoughts, patterns, and habits have the potential to dissolve and calm, compassion, ease and gentleness then arise.
Meditation is an integral part of the Beverly Yoga Center’s mission to nurture the mind, body, and heart.

We offer ongoing weekly meditation classes on:
Tuesdays, Yoga & Meditation 7:00pm – 8:15pm with Carly Carney
Fridays, Meditation 10:30am – 11:45am with Lisa Espinosa
Please ‘SIGN UP’ on our class schedule calendar to let the instructor know that you plan on attending. Simply arrive ten to fifteen before the class start time to get comfortable.
