Join Maureen Lally for a special four-week Chair Yoga series. In this gentle yoga class, students will practice with the support of a chair. Whether sitting, standing or laying, using a chair for support, participants will gain stability and comfort in a variety of yoga poses. Chair yoga helps create a deeper connection between the mind and body while increasing strength, improving flexibility and balance and cultivating a sense of peace and relaxation from within.
Please note that in order to access the studio, students must climb a flight of stairs.
If a caregiver is needed they may come along for free.
