Deepening Your Practice

The Deepening your Practice classes are intended to explore aspects of a yoga practice that can get rushed in an ongoing class. These classes will break down the details of certain poses, sequences, and philosophies to support your understanding. The intention of these classes is to apply what you learn in a class setting or home practice. There will be time for questions and attention to your body and specific needs. Open to all levels.
