INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
The four-week Introduction to Yoga course provides a solid foundation in the essential yoga poses. We recommend this course for all individuals who have never tried yoga before in a class setting, or those who want to gain a deeper understanding of the breath and alignment of poses. Each class builds on the previous week's class, allowing you to absorb and apply what you've learned so that you'll feel prepared for our ongoing classes. Each class is taught by a different instructor, so you will get the feel for different teachers and their styles to make it more comfortable when you transition into other classes. The class size is limited and consists of only beginners. It is also a great way to start making yoga a habit.

INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION
Do you ever feel like your mind is constatntly running with thoughts, worries, and ideas? Like most of us there's a part that longs for a calm and quiet mind, but we don't know how to ease the constant chatter. In this 4-week Intro to Meditation course you will learn the essentials of understanding how the mind works, what keeps the mind constantly going, and techniques that will help slow and calm the mind down. By the end of the 4-week session you will have a toolbox for developing a meditation practice. Each class will include relaxation, breathing, meditation and restorative yoga postures.

INTRODUCTION TO YOGA FOR LARGER BODIES
Yoga for Larger Bodies is a welcoming and gentle yoga class that will help you gain flexibility, strength and confidence to becoming more comfortable in your body. You will learn how to modify poses in a safe environment with the help of yoga props and a small class size with specialized attention to limitations. During this 4-week session special emphasis will be placed on relaxation and breathing methods to calm and nurture the mind and body.
