Introduction to Yoga 4-week session
The Beverly Yoga Center offers 4-week Introduction to Yoga classes that we recommend for those who are new to yoga or have never been in a class setting. During the four week session you will learn essential yoga poses, alignment, and breathing techniques. Each class builds on the previous week’s, allowing you to absorb and apply what you’ve learned so that you’ll feel prepared for our ongoing weekly classes. A different instructor teaches every class so you will get a feel for a variety of teaching styles.
The 75 minute classes are limited in size and consists of only beginners. Once you have completed the four week session, you have the option to buy a special of 5 classes for $50.
Below is a listing of our four week Introduction to Yoga classes. Due to limited space and popularity of these classes, we cannot change or cancel your class once you have enrolled. We must have a minimum of 6 students registered to begin the Introduction to Yoga series. We will notify you by email if the series has been canceled. Space is limited to 20 participants. If you miss a class you may make it up in the following four week Introduction to Yoga series.

Intro to Yoga sessions are not held during June, July and August. They resume in September.
$60 – 4 week session
Class size is limited to 18 students.
