MindBody Wellness classes . . .
THE MIND BODY WELLNESS classes are 90-minute sessions that include a brief teaching segment and a yoga, breathing and mindfulness practice that will integrate many themes taught in the MindBody Wellness series: Becoming Friends with Yourself, Mindfulness and Yoga for Anxiety and Your Mind and Body on Stress series. This class is offered once every 4-6 weeks and will begin in the fall of 2017. No music is played and some physical assists are offered.
