Anxiety is an experience that can feel overwhelming….
Your mind replays stories and thoughts. Your physical body is tight and restless. Your body can never fully relax and you feel on edge. You may find ways to exhaust, distract or numb the uncomfortable feelings to find temporary relief. Often it can feel like a never-ending cycle that is both embarrassing and lonely.
This class is designed to help you understand, relate to your experience with kindness and learn practices that will bring comfort, support, and ease your mind and body.
All are welcome.
Please note that Part I must be completed before participating in Part II.
