If you are athletic and like to jump right in then our flow classes are a great way to start. However, if your body is especially tight and you are looking to stretch the body slowly then our mindful, gentle and slow flow classes would be the best option.
Our restorative classes are meant to simply relax you with comfortable props and minimal movement which is a wonderful way to completely decompress.
