The four week Introduction to Yoga course provides a solid foundation in the essential yoga poses. We recommend this course for all individuals who have never tried yoga before in a class setting, or those who want to gain a deeper understanding of the breath and alignment of poses. Each class builds on the previous week’s, allowing you to absorb and apply what you’ve learned so that you’ll feel prepared for our ongoing weekly classes. Each class is taught by a different instructor, so you will get the feel for different teachers and their styles to make it more comfortable when transitioning into other classes. The class size is limited and consists of only beginners. It is also a great way to start making yoga a habit.
