I opened the Beverly Yoga Center in 2006 to offer our neighborhood a welcoming retreat from the stresses of everyday life. The studio is a tranquil space where students can nurture their bodies, calm their minds, and connect with their hearts.
Yoga and meditation classes invite us to explore within, cultivating mindfulness, strength, and joy. Each instructor at the Beverly Yoga Center has discovered the many benefits of yoga and meditation in our lives. Teaching you is a way for us to share what we have learned along the way.
When you walk through our doors you will enter a comfortable sanctuary. When you leave, our wish is for you to continue to feel that connection and be inspired to live a healthy, mindful life.
