These classes focus on calming the nervous system and energy in the body and mind with slow and gentle postures linked with the breath. Mindfulness principals will be incorporated throughout the class and will end with a longer period of meditation. Beginner Friendly.
These 30 minutes classes focus on different aspects of meditation; connecting to the breath, relaxing the body and calming the mind. No experience is necessary and you can choose to sit in a chair, on a blanket or lay down comfortably. A 1/2 credit will be deducted from class packages. These classes are included in monthly unlimited.
