Alma began practicing yoga in 2012 during her lunch breaks while working downtown in the financial services industry. It was a fundamental sanity break, as well as a way to incorporate physical activity in her daily schedule. She understands that yoga is essential to manage energy and attitude. Her teaching style is authentic and straightforward. She warmly guides students through challenging sequences with her gentle teaching voice and grounding presence. She has a special passion for Vinyasa flow because it encompasses all of the essential elements of yoga. She holds an RYT-200 and was trained by Brenda Temme, through the Lifetime Yoga Teacher Training Program, which is a comprehensive series as directed by Jonny Kest.
