Amy began practicing yoga in 2005. Originally interested in yoga as a way to increase flexibility and strength, she soon realized the wonderful calming benefits of a regular yoga practice. She earned her 200-hour certification through Prairie Yoga, on-site at Beverly Yoga Center, in 2015. Amy incorporates alignment principles in her classes and encourages students to listen to their body.
Outside of her corporate meeting planner career, Amy enjoys spending time cooking and traveling internationally with her husband. They live in the area with one spoiled cat, Yahtzee.
