Human beings wish to feel calm, kind, loving and relaxed. MindBodyHeart Practices for Anxiety and Stress interweave meditation, relaxation, self-reflection, breathing practices and gentle yoga sequences. Yoga and meditation experience or a flexible body is not required.
Each session is 60 minutes. These sessions require a 3 or 6-week commitment.
