Beginner-friendly ongoing weekly classes
Flexibility is NOT a requirement to do yoga. Tight, tense and stiff bodies are welcome.
To attend ongoing weekly classes simply click on the green Sign-up option under the class title on our class schedule. Bring a yoga mat if you have one though mats, towels and props are provided if needed. Feel free to let the instructor know that you are new to yoga when you check-in for class – it’s helpful to you and them! Class credits are not deducted until you check-in at class.
Plan on arriving ten to fifteen minutes before the start of class to get comfortable. Classes begin promptly at the times listed on our website class schedule. Students who arrive late will not be admitted. We understand that the doors being locked can feel uninviting and that is by no means our intention. This is out of consideration to the students who have already settled in and to ensure that class is not disrupted.
