Dear Friends,

I opened the Beverly Yoga Center in 2006 to offer our neighborhood a peaceful and mindful place to gather as a community.   Here we nurture our bodies, calm our minds, and connect with our hearts through yoga and meditation. Each of us who now teach at the Beverly Yoga Center has discovered the many benefits of these practices. Teaching you is a way for us to share what we have learned along the way.
When you walk through our doors you will feel welcome and comfortable.  Our classes exist to nurture your mind, body, and heart. When you leave, our wish is for you to continue to feel that connection and be inspired to live a healthy, mindful life.
We look forward to sharing the gifts of yoga and meditation with you at the Beverly Yoga Center.
Many Blessings,
Carly Carney
