In 2002 a friend asked KT to join her at a yoga class. She hemmed and hawed but eventually agreed to tag along. From that moment on, KT has been hooked. In 2010, KT jumped on the opportunity to teach yoga with a small group of dedicated women. In 2011, KT enrolled in Inner Power Yoga’s Teacher Training. This experience encouraged KT to venture deeper within her own spiritual experience. She began to apply the lessons learned on her mat to other areas of her life and found strength, patience, empathy and a passion for musculoskeletal anatomy. KT aims to teach her students to find a balance between the serious and the silly, between grit and joy, between effort and surrender, one breath at a time.
KT teaches Restorative on Fridays at 5:30pm.
