Lauren Gibbons
Lauren supports women through the joys and challenges of pregnancy and postpartum through breath, movement and meditation.
Her goal is to help pregnant and new moms feel empowered by giving them the confidence and tools they need to tap into their own wisdom and intuition.
You’ll leave her classes feeling strong in your body, calm and at ease in your mind and heart.
Lauren is a Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Instructor (RPYT), Maternal Support Practitioner (MSP Doula), Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher and she holds an MA in Communication.
