Reiki is a form of energy medicine that is gentle and promotes healing of the mind, body and spirit. Reiki also greatly enhances your intuition so you can listen more clearly to your inner wisdom.
In this workshop participants will:
- Learn basic information about Reiki.
- Receive a Reiki attunement designed to open and clear your energy body so you can channel Reiki healing to yourself.
- Learn a simple self-Reiki practice that you can do every day to bring about deep relaxation in times of stress.
You will also receive nurturing Reiki throughout the workshop.
All levels welcome. No prior Reiki experience necessary.
