Meg began her Yoga practice after the birth of her third child. Lost in “Mommyhood,” she felt an instant connection to her “self” during her very first class. She was hooked. Within weeks, she began her 200 level training at Global Yoga Center in Chicago. Yoga has provided stress relief, exercise, and a “road map” to happiness for Meg. She has learned from many Master Yogis including Baron Baptiste and Kate Potter. Her classes are designed to challenge the body, mind and spirit as well as provide a compass to inner peace. She is also pre-natal certified and has spent many years teaching Yoga to her former Pre-School Students. She looks forward to practicing with you!
