Human beings wish to feel calm, kind, loving and relaxed. MindBodyHeart Practices for Anxiety and Stress interweave meditation, relaxation, self-reflection, breathing practices and gentle yoga sequences.
These PRIVATE SESSIONS welcome you exactly as you are. Yoga and meditation experience or a flexible body is not required. You will also receive audio recordings of the practices to use at home.
Each session is 60 minutes. These sessions require a 3 or 6-week commitment. The cost is $225 for 3 sessions or $420 for 6 sessions. The sessions are designed to be attended consecutively unless prior arrangements are made. Learn more about who teaches these sessions here.
