Most human beings wish to connect with the place inside of them that is calm, kind, loving and relaxed. The truth is that all human beings have parts inside themselves that are hard to be with. That might mean excessive worry and stress, persistent anxiety, anger or restlessness. When those parts are not related to, met with and understood, the impact continues to live inside your body, mind and heart. That can manifest as overwhelm, anger, low mood or anxiety. Whatever feels difficult or vulnerable in your life at the present moment can be the experience that will lead you to being more at peace and at ease with yourself.
MindBodyHeart Practices for Anxiety and Stress interweave yoga and meditation practices with awareness, openness and presence. This is done through guided meditation, relaxation, self-reflection, breathing practices and gentle yoga postures. These PRIVATE SESSIONS are a path that will cultivate understanding with your experience in life and reduce your symptoms that are currently present.
These sessions welcome you exactly as you are. Yoga and meditation experience or a flexible body is not required. All of the movements are simple and gentle. The structure of these sessions will incorporate practice, self-reflection and education. You will receive audio recordings of the practices to use at home. These sessions are not therapy, and I do not diagnose or treat mental illness or acute trauma.
Each session is 60 minutes. These sessions require a 3 or 6-week commitment. The cost is $225 for 3 sessions or $420 for 6 sessions. The sessions are designed to be attended consecutively unless prior arrangements are made. Learn more about who teaches these sessions here.
