New to Yoga
Welcome to the Beverly Yoga Center. We are so glad you are here! If you are beginning your journey into the beautiful practice of yoga, you are in the right place. We are here to help you with any questions you may have.
Starting out on this journey may seem a little daunting, but there is no reason to be worried. Yoga is for everyone, and there are so many ways to practice, you are sure to find a class this is just right for you!
Please take a look at our schedule and choose a class to come in and join us. Other than joining a class, the only thing you need to do is wear comfortable clothes, and bring a mat with you if you have one (If not, we have plenty to choose from at the studio to use.)
Just by showing up at class you are already taking that first step into reaping the physical, mental and mindful benefits that yoga has to offer. Once you are here, our kind, welcoming instructors will be there to gently guide you through your practice and make you feel right at home.
