Prenatal Couples Yoga Night
Prenatal Couples Yoga Night gives expectant couples a chance to share a relaxing evening together before their baby arrives. The class will include a variety of individual and paired yoga postures and breathing practices to help bring awareness to the mind and body and strengthen the connection between couples and their babies. This class is intended for those with all levels of yoga experience. First time yoga students are welcome.
7:00pm – 8:15pm

$35 per couple by April 1 & May 13, June 10 & July 8
