I had always been excited about fitness and wellness, but it wasn’t until I began my yoga practice that I realized the profound effect movement and exercise has on the mind. This revelation sparked my desire to learn more about the practice, and in April, 2015, I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at CorePower. Through yoga, I awakened an inner strength that had always been there, but just needed some toning-up. I am so excited to now have the opportunity to guide others to find their own strength and personal balance. Yogic movement and breath work has enhanced my life, both on and off the mat. It’s a true blessing to be able to pass my knowledge of these skills on to others, as well as continue to learn more and more along the way.
