Learning to Breathe

Quiet the mind and relax the body.
Breathing is the foundation of a healthy physiology and nervous system. The benefits are related to our well-being, mind, energy and sleep patterns. For many the breath is often overlooked because it can be difficult to understand how to exactly breathe in a way that is beneficial. During this special class, the breath will be explained in detail as well as a progressive step-by-step approach to find the most helpful way for you to practice breathing in class or at home. Class will incorporate a few active and restorative poses and end with a deep relaxation, Yoga Nidra. All levels are welcome, including beginners. $35
