Tween & Teen Yoga for Girls
Time just for girls to stretch, strengthen and relax.
This class is specifically designed for tween & teen girls to work on strength and flexibility, while relieving the stress of daily life. Students learn to coordinate breath with postures, which helps calm the mind and release tension. Yoga increases flexibility, tones the body and teaches tweens and teens to make healthy choices in life. And it’s FUN!
For girls 6th grade and up. No previous experience needed!
