This is the perfect class for a student who is either new to yoga or looking to return to the basics. Learn foundational yoga postures and alignment, breathing practice, meditation, deep relaxation, and basic yoga teachings. Sign-up
Regular class rates apply. Payment may be made in advance from our website purchase page, or when you arrive to class.
Be sure to arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the class start time to settle in. Classes begin promptly at the times listed on our website class schedule.
Students who arrive late will not be admitted. We understand that the doors being locked can feel uninviting and that is by no means our intention. Our intention is to create a peaceful and calming space for all of our students. Honoring a space where people can have time to transition from their outer life to their inner life is a priority for us which is why we have a policy of locking the doors when class starts. Please do not knock on the door when class is in session….and we hope you will come back for a later class!
Flexibility is NOT a requirement to do yoga. Stiff, tense and tight bodies are welcome.
