Yoga for a Restful Sleep incorporates gentle movements on the floor, self-reflections, guided imagery and breathing practices.
Like many of you there are times when my mind races before bed and falling asleep is challenging. It happens when I think about a challenge in my life, worried about something I don’t have control over or I simply just can’t wind down from a busy day. It happens to all of us and sometimes when we are caught in sleepless cycles it can wreak havoc on our life.
Over the past many years, I have my go-to practices that have helped and supported me when I can’t sleep.
My hope is that you will have a good night’s sleep every Wednesday.
