Yoga & Mindfulness Girl Power Summer Camp

Girl Power Camp brings girls ages 7-12 together to connect, laugh, move and find strength and inspiration through yoga and mindfulness! Each day girls enjoy yoga and mindfulness through individual and partner poses, breathing techniques, cooperative games, creative expression, relaxation and mindful eating. They gain important lifelong tools to connect with their inner-selves, manage stress and build self-confidence and compassion. Girls are empowered through daily themes to develop inner and outer strength, celebrate individuality and make a positive impact on their communities and the world.
Inner Strength: Yoga and Mindfulness as a Super Power
Activities: Super Power Anti-Anxiety/Calm Kit, breathing sticks, happiness books and flower painting.
Outer Strength: Healthy Lifestyles and Self-Care
Activities: Mind bottles, mindful eating, essential oil spray and eye pillow crafts.
Celebrating Strengths: Girls Rock!
Activities: “I Am” collage, female role model stories, and dance.
Strength in Numbers: Community and Global Changemakers
Activities: Kindness mandala and global compassion project.
